The Hawks travelled to Hastings and pulled out a 3-1 victory in a weather-shortened game on Thursday night.

The Hawks looked sluggish through much of the first half, but were up 1-0 at halftime thanks to a breakaway goal by Alex Harrison, assisted by Ryan Scott.

Brendan McCoy scored 7 minutes into the second half after Ryan Scott played a through ball into space and McCoy finished his 1v1 with the Saxon goalkeeper.

Hastings made things interesting in the 57th minute when the Hawks failed to clear the ball from their own 18 and the Saxons capitalized on a ball slid across the 6-yard box.

However, Junior midfielder Hector Guillen-Zanella scored from 40 yards out just 54 seconds later to complete the scoring.

The Hawks finish the OK Gold regular season in 3rd place and will host Wayland in the first round of the conference tournament next week.  FHE's record stands at 9-3-2 overall and 5-2-0 in the OK Gold.

The Hawks' JV fell by a score of 4-0 in the early game.
