The Hawks pulled out an overtime victory on Tuesday night against the visiting Middleville TK Trojans.

After a scoreless, evenly-played first half, Ryan Scott put FHE on the scoreboard with his strike from distance which beat the TK goalkeeper to the near post in the 67th minute.

The Trojans were opportunistic in the 77th minute, as Drew Kiel equalized on just the second shot of the half for TK after a service into the box following a free kick.

FHE picked up its level of play after conceding the goal and the Hawks got the game-winner in the First Overtime.  Ryan Scott made a foray into TK's defensive third and served a laser from the corner to the head of Freshman Kosti Moni, who calmly headed the ball past the Trojan goalkeeper.

With the win, FHE moves to 6-2-2 overall and 3-1-0 in the OK Gold.

The Hawks' JV lost the opener by a score of 3-1.  Jake Austin got the lone Hawks goal.
