The Hawks turned in one of their best efforts to date in a 3-3 tie vs Middleville TK.
The TK Trojans got off to a quick start, scoring twice in the opening 18 minutes, but the Hawks kept their composure and used a total team effort to score three consecutive goals (all by Junior Jessie Fatum) and take a lead.
Middleville tied the score at 3-3 with just 5:05 left in the match. After two scoreless overtimes, the final score remained deadlocked.
The Hawks travel to GR Catholic Central on Wednesday for an OK Gold match. JV kicks off at 4pm and Varsity is at 5:45pm.
In the matinee game, the Hawks JV fell by a score of 3-0.
